- At the time you pick up your audio guide device, you must leave a deposit of 50 euros as a deposit. This deposit will be returned to you once you deliver the device, after verifying that it is in perfect condition.
- We recommend arriving at the pickup point around 30 minutes early EXCEPT if your visit is at 8:30, in this case we recommend arriving around 10 minutes early.
